No divorce papers have been filed for Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. He has moved on to romance Mila Kunis but Moore has not publicly filed for divorce, nor has she released a statement. Rumors have surfaced that the couple was not legally married, which is why there is no need for formal divorce papers to be filed. The couple separated after Kutcher was caught cheating on the couple’s sixth wedding anniversary. Moore can file or not file for divorce if she chooses, and Kutcher can file for divorce if he wants one, too.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif have each filed their own divorce papers. Nassif originally filed for legal separation from his wife on July 30, and has said he wants joint physical and legal custody of the couple’s three children. Both Maloof and Nassif cited irreconcilable differences as the grounds for divorce, and Nassif has also said that his primary focus is on the welfare of his children. It’s difficult to see how two divorce petitions and a bitter fight between the two would benefit anyone in the situation.
