Japanese Divorce Newspaper Announces the News to Loved Ones

Japanese divorce guru has created a novel way to let friends and family members know of a person’s change in marital status without the embarrassment of having to explain the news several times. The couple is interviewed about why the marriage failed, the information is assembled in placed into the newspaper. The finished product can then be distributed to friends and relatives for their reading pleasure. They can read about what happened to the marriage without either person having to explain a thing. This approach makes the whole situation less awkward.

Link Between Parental Divorce, Stroke Found

Men with divorced parents are three times more likely to have a stroke than men whose parents are married, according to a study from the University of Toronto. The study, which will be published in the International Journal of Stroke, found that men who experienced a parental divorce before they turned 18 were at higher risk. Women from divorced families did not have a higher risk. The stress of this type of life event may carry forward into later life. Elevated risk does not mean everyone with this type of family history is doomed to have a stroke.

Chad Johnson Files for Divorce from Evelyn Lozada

Chad Johnson has filed for divorce in Florida from Evelyn Lozada. The former Dancing with the Stars contestant has stated that his marriage is “irretrievably broken.” The couple exchanged vows on July 4 but the honeymoon was short-lived. Johnson was arrested on August 11 on a domestic battery charge after allegedly head-butting his wife during an argument. Lozada had previously filed for divorce on August 14, and Johnson refused to sign the papers. Hopefully this matter can be concluded shortly and both of them can move on with their lives.
